In the field "Product (Art.No.)" entered Art.No. - the appliance's code

Click on the button "Browse"

The knowledge base is displayed in the same language as application.

If in the heading"Language" number of records in the selected language iss lower than the number of records in the English language, it is required to switch and search with English language.

Switching between languages cen be done by clicking on the button of the desired language

With error code we look for it in the "error code" field by using the drop down menu or by entering text string.

Without error code we look for the fault in the "Fault" field by using the drop down menu or by entering text string.

Select the appropriate error

- Description of fault (such as help in communicating with users)

- Procedure (customer) - activities step by step to eliminate the fault

- Procedure (technician) - activities step by step to eliminate the fault
